At Loltstone, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it. Please contact us at support@loltstone.com to arrange an exchange.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
